Service Organization Control Report 1 – Type 2 (formerly SAS 70 – Type 2) – Annually, Telepayroll is audited by an independent accounting firm under standards issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements no.16, Reporting on Controls at a Service Organization. This ensures our clients that we are who we say we are, and we can do everything that we say we do. This audit covers everything from hiring practices, procedures and security to our disaster recovery plan. A complete auditors report can be provided upon request.

Disaster Recovery Plans that Work — Many companies say they have a plan in place. Ask the tough questions, can they answer them? TelePayroll has successfully executed its off site disaster recovery plan and can be processing in the event of a major disaster in a matter of hours. Our recovery site is located at HP Business Continuity and Recovery Services where we have workstations fully operational, and phone/fax lines that will be operational in the event of an emergency or major disaster. We practice this drill annually to ensure success.
